Clear Your Energy Field of Fear Thoughtforms....

Hi there,

One thing I am noticing is all the fear that is being generated at the moment. You probably have noticed it too. All this fear and worry being generated by all the bad news being pumped through the media. I have had a number of people email me and call me who have been affected by this fear. One client even felt so bad she was contemplating suicide. When we looked at the root of these feelings they had no substance whatsoever.

From a metaphysical point of view it is not a good idea to focus on things that generate fear and worry. This creates energy thoughtforms that start to cloud the aura and affect your thinking and feeling. When millions of people focus on fear it creates very powerful negative thoughtforms. When many people are focused on fear it does have negeative consequences.

Now I am not suggesting ignoring the current financial climate, I am suggesting that you do not get swept up with some of th hysteria being generated.

Now if you are a sensitive person this will affect you in many ways. You can be influenced by all the fear around you, perhaps to the point where you start to feel more hopeless in life. Perhaps you are worrying now more about money than you usually do. I know that in the past few weeks I have been feeling strange anxieties about money and my ability to generate money.

So one of the things you can do is to sit in meditation and do a protecting and clearing meditation. There are many ways of doing this. One way is to tune into your breath and go deeper into your inner world. Imagine that you can breath in the golden rays of the sun on the in breath and on the out breath imagine that you can release any energy of fear stuck in your physical, emotional or mental bodies back to the sun. Keep doing this until you have a sense of feeling lighter. Then breath the light of the sun into your belly and build there a mini sun, Keep doing this until you feel full with light. Then imaginine you can breath out some of this light to form a protective shield of light around you. Make this shield powerful and bright and set the intention that this shield will filter out any negative energies susch as fear and worry. Then just follow the natural cycle of your breath and return to normal consciousness. Repeat this meditation for a few days until you feel that you are quite clear of any fear thought forms and that your shield feels very stable.
